Eastman Exports runs a vertically integrated production line. From yarn selection to final export packing, everything happens under one roof in Tirupur — giving buyers a single accountable point for quality, timeline and documentation.
Ring-spun combed cotton yarn is sourced from established spinning mills in the Tirupur and Coimbatore cluster. Yarn count, twist factor and contamination levels are checked against the production spec before acceptance. For synthetic blends, polyester yarn is sourced from OEKO-TEX–compliant suppliers on request.
Yarn is loaded onto circular knitting machines calibrated for the target GSM and fabric construction — single jersey, piqué, interlock or French terry. Grey fabric is rolled and sent directly for dyeing. Fabric GSM and width are checked against spec at this stage.
Reactive dyeing in-house for accurate Pantone colour matching. After dyeing, fabric passes through compacting and calendering to achieve the final hand-feel and shrinkage control. Colour consistency and shrinkage are tested before fabric is released to cutting.
Computer-aided cutting markers are generated to minimise fabric wastage. Panels are cut, sorted by size and bundled for the sewing lines. Cutting records track fabric consumption per style so buyers can receive an accurate consumption report with their shipment.
Assembly on lock-stitch and chain-stitch sewing lines per the construction spec. Print (screen, DTG, heat-transfer), embroidery, labelling and trimming are completed in-house. Inline inspection at every 10th piece; end-of-line audit before folding and packing.
Garments are folded, tagged, poly-bagged per buyer packing instruction and packed into export master cartons. Carton dimensions, gross weight, barcode labels and packing list are prepared. FCL or LCL container booking arranged from Tirupur ICD to Chennai port for FOB export.
A PP sample in your fabric and colour is produced before bulk cutting begins. Approval is required before production starts — no assumptions, no surprises.
Buyers or third-party inspection agencies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) are welcome on the sewing floor during production. We do not restrict audit access.
Full pre-shipment inspection by a buyer-nominated agency before the container is sealed. AQL level and inspection scope agreed at order confirmation.
Third-party lab test reports (colorfastness, shrinkage, tensile strength) available on request. Buyer-nominated lab preferred — we will supply the fabric samples directly.
Serious buyers are welcome to visit the factory in Tirupur. Email the trade desk with your dates and we will set up a production line walk-through and sampling session.
